My name is Chester Lee Beck III. My lovely wife is Cirese or Reese as she is commonly known. I don’t think I could function without her and I love her very much. We were married in 1982 and have three grown children between us. I drive a concrete mixer for a living for Landvatter Ready-Mix, I have worked there almost 25 years. My son Gary is the batch man. I also lift large heavy weights for recreation and use this gift as a ministry tool to witness about Jesus.
I started attending HBWT church the first Sunday in March 2008 after meeting Pastor Pat and Noel Blythe in the gym. Prior to that, I was a member of the First Baptist Church of St. Louis under pastor Billingsley. I became an ordained Deacon of HBWT on July 12, 2009. In John 15:16 Jesus said “You did not choose me, but I chose you to go and bear fruit-fruit that will last” I have submitted to God’s will, to serve Him and the church. I have been blessed with many spiritual gifts and have chosen to use them to fulfill the great commission and expand His Kingdom. Amen

We are the Burger’s, Mike & Franny we made a marriage covenant with God in 1992, we have two grown children Ashley & Matt and have been blessed with two beautiful grandchildren Dylan (5 yrs.) & Andrew (2 weeks). My wife is my best friend and soul mate! My favorite thing to do is worship my Lord and Savior with the love of my life sitting by my side. We truly stumbled across HBWT a little over a year ago (February 2010) we had heard about HBWT and brought our nephew to a service and absolutely fell in love with the church, the love of Jesus and the Holy Spirit was so evident and overwhelming, we joined the church a few weeks later and the rest is history. We love to serve and are excited to see where God will lead us in this ministry. We are also very involved in the Road Riders for Jesus motorcycle ministry and have recently started a local chapter at HBWT, if you ride a motorcycle or hope to ride someday and are looking for a way to serve God with your bike contact me or our Chapter President Ken Stevens for more information. God has blessed us to combine two passions, serving our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ while riding our motorcycle! Luke 14:23 “Then the master told his Servant, Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, So that my house will be full”.

Before coming to HBWT I always felt condemned by religion. I couldn’t get clean enough, dress well enough or just fit in. After coming to HBWT, Pastor Pat told me that Jesus wanted a relationship with me…relationship, not religion…what a concept. When my relationship with Jesus started growing, everything around me started to change. I started to feel clean, grown up and fit in. In a short time I have been healed of many vices and have grown in Christ. I mean, I have a relationship with The Almighty! AMEN!
I was ordained a Deacon at HBWT on July 12, 2009 and I am now a warrior for Christ. I have a fantastic, wonderful and beautiful wife named Alicia and three boys, Price – 7, Rainer – 3 and Levi – 2. I look forward to serving Jesus and all of you in Christ!

Hi! We are Joko (Joe) and Cheryl Tasich; It is our privilege and an honor to serve as deacons for the HBWT @ Westport family. Our ministry focus is currently the Children’s Church during the 9:00 service, we also lead a Bible study on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. As ministers of the gospel we have dedicated our lives to teaching others to apply what they have learned. As James 1:22 reminds us, "Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says." By fulfilling this scripture we can set an example for those around us to follow and help others to dedicate their lives to “love there neighbors as themselves” and “to go out and preach the gospel”. As servants it is our prayer to lead and guide the children and people of HBWT to live their lives in the fullness of Christ “that we may know Him and the power of His resurrection”.. But also to stand in the boldness of the gospel in the full armor of God ready for what God has set before us. As parents of 6 grown children and currently blessed with 15 grandchildren (looking forward to more), we are down to earth and happy to be servants of our God and Lord. Just walk up and say hi!
