Exercise Class & Boxing in HBWT Gym - Come get a workout with Mike Wood on Monday Nights at 5:30pm Or on Thursday Nights at 5:30pm for a low impact class for any age, led by Pastor Pat!
Pillow Ministry - Every other Tuesday the ladies meet at church from 9:00am to noon to make pillows for Missouri Baptist Hospital. If you are interested in helping out contact Corky Frank. It is fun and you get to fellowship at the same time!
